Wightlink has released the dates for the next round of its customer consultation events.
Everyone who travels with Wightlink is invited to share their opinions of ferry travel at the popular Meet the Manager sessions held on all three routes.
The dates are:
Managers from customer experience, operations, retail and commercial departments will be on hand to discuss services and hand out light refreshments.
Wightlink Chief Executive Keith Greenfield says: “My colleagues and I always enjoy meeting customers and finding out what they think about travelling with Wightlink. We find Islanders and mainlanders frequently make valuable suggestions to improve our services and we are grateful for their contributions.”
Wightlink also organises Customer Forum meetings for regular travellers who would like to discuss ferry services in detail around a table with managers. One is held in Yarmouth, the other at Fishbourne. Anyone interested in finding out more about them should contact Karen Woods at [email protected].
